Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in client service, hospitality, housekeeping, porter, or similar corporate environment.
• Strong hospitality mindset with commitment to delivering Platinum Service Standard.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer support as the main point of contact for employees, visitors, and executives.
• Greet guests professionally, ensuring a welcoming and polished experience.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation across all office spaces.
• Restock supplies and maintain clean kitchen areas.
• Set up, reset, and arrange conference rooms for meetings.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Respond to inquiries and communicate effectively with team members.
