Job summary

Capital Consultants Management Corporation (CCMC) is seeking a Community Ambassador to welcome residents, guests, and prospective buyers, providing tours and sharing information about the community’s offerings.

The role emphasizes collaboration, weekend work, front desk duties, and event support with opportunities for training, certifications, and growth within a service‑oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience with strong multitasking in fast-paced environments.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to design and implement programs and reports.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for guests, residents and potential buyers; provide tours and disseminate community information.
• Assist marketing in planning and executing events with buyers, realtors and residents; coordinate with Lifestyle Director and Farm Director.
• Manage front desk operations; respond to emails, register events, support marketing with weekly reports and inventory management.
• Open/close facility using checklists; engage with residents and staff; conduct tours as directed by Community Manager; support communication goals.
