Job summary

Opensity Solutions in the United States is seeking a Community Ambassador/Hospitality role to create a warm, inclusive environment. You will greet visitors, manage the reception, coordinate meetings and events, and provide tech support for virtual meetings.

Reporting to the Lead Office Services Associate or the Client Relations Manager, you will ensure flawless event execution, prepare materials, and engage with residents to foster a thriving community with strong service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or front desk roles.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and client data security.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and provide courteous assistance.
• Manage front desk operations and phone routing.
• Coordinate meetings and events with teams.
• Provide on-site support during events.
• Assist with training using the Cornerstone platform.
• Engage with the community and communicate updates.
• Maintain documentation and materials for meetings.
