Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years or older.
• Strong verbal English; active listening and clear communication.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality; consistent schedule.
• Availability for morning and evening shifts; weekend availability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a team.
• Food Handler's Card required within 30 days of hire (Starbird covers cost).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and establish a welcoming tone from first contact.
• Explain menu items and make tailored recommendations.
• Upsell additional menu items, sides, beverages, or upgrades.
• Deliver orders to tables accurately and promptly; confirm accuracy.
• Maintain a clean dining room and lobby; restock supplies as needed.
• Handle guest questions and concerns with professionalism; escalate when needed.
• Assist at the register; process transactions and provide correct change.
• Support opening and closing duties and daily cleaning checklists.
