Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and establish a welcoming tone from first contact.

• Proactively upsell sides, beverages, and upgrades.
• Deliver orders accurately to tables and confirm at delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining room and front-of-house area.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
