Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Guest Services Agent for its Residence Inn Berkeley location. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, and guide their first impressions and stay.

The role emphasizes friendly, attentive service and local area knowledge to ensure a smooth arrival and enjoyable visit. We value a welcoming personality, one year of customer service experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work weekends and holidays in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Qualifications

• At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction.
• Valid driver's license with no major infractions for 6 months.
• Hospitality experience is a plus.
• Ability to solve problems when they arise.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand and move around the hotel, including valet areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome to guests and assist with luggage.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain hotel amenities and local area.
• Open doors for guests arriving by vehicle and help with check-in process.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles as needed.
• Collaborate with team to ensure personalized guest experiences.
• Maintain entrance area cleanliness and organization.
• Contribute to a memorable guest journey and WOW moments.
