Job summary

Puttshack Addison is seeking a Server Assistant to support on-floor operations and guest experiences. You will help get food and drinks to guests promptly, while keeping tables and golf courses clean and reset. A team-focused mindset and strong awareness are essential.

Venues operate daily with flexible schedules; roles include part-time or full-time opportunities, with base wages plus tips. Health benefits and other perks vary by location and hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age to apply.
• Prior hospitality or food/beverage experience.
• Strong level of emotional intelligence and overall self-awareness.
• High standards of guest satisfaction.
• Ability to obtain any required licenses and certifications for your location.
• Experience safely and effectively transporting food and beverage.
• Sense of urgency and ability to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy environment.
• Safely and effectively communicate in order to perform and follow job requirements in written and spoken directions.

Responsibilities

• Bring your 'A' Game each and every day.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and ensure overall experience exceeds expectations.
• Greet guests with a warm welcome and sincere smile.
• Assist service team with all food and beverage service.
• Deliver food and drinks to guests in the dining room, bar, and golf courses following steps of service.
• Clean and transport dirty dishes to tray or dish room.
• Quickly and efficiently clean, sanitize, and reset tables.
• Stock and maintain supplies at service stations.
• Understand and follow food allergy procedures and special orders/restrictions.
• Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures.
• Take direction and be a team player.
• Follow all rules, policies, procedures, and conditions of employment, including those outlined in the Associate Handbook.
• Other projects or duties as assigned, including but not limited to side-work, opening, and closing duties.
