Job summary

Puttshack USA is seeking a Server Assistant to support the floor operation and ensure guests receive timely food and beverage service. You will help clean, reset tables, and assist the service team in delivering a memorable experience while contributing to a warm, welcoming atmosphere at our venue.

Open 7 days a week with flexible schedules, you may work from 11am to 1am, with shifts typically ranging 15–30 hours per week depending on needs and availability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age to apply.
• Prior hospitality or food/beverage experience.
• Strong level of emotional intelligence and overall self-awareness.
• High standards of guest satisfaction.
• Ability to obtain any required licenses and certifications for your location.
• Experience safely and effectively transporting food and beverage.
• Sense of urgency and ability to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy environment.
• Safely and effectively communicate in order to perform and follow job requirements in written and spoken directions.

Responsibilities

• Bring your 'A' Game each and every day.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and ensure overall experience exceeds expectations
• Greet guests with a warm welcome and sincere smile
• Assist service team with all food and beverage service
• Deliver food and drinks to guests in the dining room, bar, and golf courses following steps of service
• Clean and transport dirty dishes to tray or dish room
• Quickly and efficiently clean, sanitize, and reset tables
• Stock and maintain supplies at service stations
• Understand and follow food allergy procedures and special orders/restrictions
• Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
• Take direction and be a team player
• Follow all rules, policies, procedures, and conditions of employment, including those outlined in the Associate Handbook
• Other projects or duties as assigned, including but not limited to side-work, opening, and closing duties.
