Job summary

Puttshack is seeking a friendly Server Assistant to support our service team in delivering an elevated guest experience at our venue. You will help get food and drinks to guests promptly, while keeping tables and golf courses clean and reset for the next round of play.

The role requires 18+ years of age with prior hospitality or food/beverage experience. We offer a variable schedule, tips, and an engaging work environment with opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age to apply.
• Prior hospitality or food/beverage experience.
• Strong level of emotional intelligence and overall self-awareness.
• High standards of guest satisfaction.
• Ability to obtain any required licenses and certifications for your location.
• Experience safely and effectively transporting food and beverages.
• Sense of urgency and ability to multitask calmly in a busy environment.
• Clear written and spoken communication of job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Bring your 'A' Game each and every day.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and ensure overall experience exceeds expectations.
• Greet guests with a warm welcome and sincere smile.
• Assist service team with all food and beverage service.
• Deliver food and drinks to guests in the dining room, bar, and golf courses following steps of service.
• Clean and transport dirty dishes to tray or dish room.
• Quickly and efficiently clean, sanitize, and reset tables.
• Stock and maintain supplies at service stations.
• Follow food allergy procedures and special orders.
• Comply with safety and sanitation guidelines.
