Job summary

Ocean Grove RV Resort is seeking a friendly Front Office Agent in Saint Augustine, FL. This full-time role handles guest check-ins/outs, reservations, payments, and front desk inquiries to ensure a welcoming experience.

Ideal candidates will have prior front desk or hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced resort environment. Competitive benefits and a 401(k) plan are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk or hospitality preferred.
• Must be detail-oriented and reliable.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent interpersonal and guest-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide excellent customer service.
• Process check-ins, check-outs, and reservations accurately.
• Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and provide information about resort amenities.
• Handle payments, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with resolving guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Sort and route guest feedback to the Resort Manager.
• Prepare and distribute resort communications such as rule reminders and newsletters.
• Maintain front desk supplies and petty cash.
• Keep a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Uphold resort policies to ensure a safe environment.
