Qualifications

• Previous hotel or RV resort front desk experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Front desk, hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, organized and reliable.
• Maintain a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests; assist with check-ins and check-outs.
• Process reservations, payments and keep accurate records.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and share info on resort amenities.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with Resort Manager on feedback and reports.
• Prepare and distribute resort communications and updates.
• Keep front desk and lobby clean and organized; restock supplies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Uphold resort policies for a safe, welcoming environment.
