Job summary

Ocean Grove RV Resort seeks a friendly, customer-focused Front Office Agent for a full-time, year-round role at the Saint Augustine, FL location. You will assist guests with check-ins/outs, handle reservations, answer inquiries, and support smooth resort operations.

Responsibilities include payments, records, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining a welcoming lobby. Flexible scheduling, including weekends/holidays, is required to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.
• Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency, including Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Process check-ins, check-outs, and reservations accurately and efficiently.
• Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and provide information about resort amenities and local attractions.
• Handle payments and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with resolving guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Send resort comments, suggestions, and complaints to the Resort Manager.
• Prepare and distribute resort communications such as rule reminders, violation notices, newsletters.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Uphold resort policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.
• Other duties as assigned.
