Job summary

Four Winds Casino New Buffalo is seeking a Reservations Agent for the on-site Contact Center to handle guest inquiries and reservations across channels in line with casino policies. This full-time role supports marketing initiatives and requires strong communication and organizational skills.

The incumbent will manage hotel, dining, and entertainment reservations, assist guests with questions, and enter data in the system while aiming for high guest satisfaction and service levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year related experience preferred.
• Must possess excellent communications and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest service inquiries across multiple channels (letters, phone, email, social media, web, surveys, chat).
• Respond to hotel, dining, promotions, entertainment, and poker room reservation requests in a calm, prompt manner.
• Make outbound calls to support targeted Marketing efforts.
• Enter reservations in the property’s computer system and maintain accuracy.
