Qualifications

• Computer experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at the Front Desk in a courteous, professional manner.
• Operate PBX console and maintain hotel standards.
• Answer guest questions about services, hours, and local information.
• Process check-ins and checkouts efficiently and accurately.
• Handle guest packages, mail, and messages.
• Maintain knowledge of rates, promotions, and in-house groups.
