Job summary

theWit Hotel in Chicago, IL seeks an engaging Front Office Manager to lead daily Front Office and Guest Services operations. You will collaborate with the Director of Front Office to ensure exceptional guest service, efficiency, and adherence to Hilton standards.

The role requires leadership, efficient staffing, and strong service recovery skills to maintain high guest satisfaction and financial controls in a 24/7 luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of hotel management experience in Front Office/Guest Services.
• Hilton experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Front Desk and Guest Services including Bell, Doormen, Concierge, and Valet.
• Lead and support Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Ensure adherence to Hilton standards and brand requirements.
