Responsibilities

• Process arriving and departing guests with efficient service.
• Register guests in hotel rooms accurately and promptly.
• Maintain customer records by updating account information.
• Resolve guest problems by clarifying complaints and expediting resolution.
• Obtain payment information and ensure proper entry into PMS.
• Know hotel features, room types, rates, and operations.
• Run shift reports and balance receipts.
