Job summary

Southwest Airlines is seeking a part-time Customer Service Agent in Illinois/Indiana to greet Customers at the ticket counter, gate area, and baggage service office. • Handle payments, balance daily transactions, and resolve discrepancies.
• Check in baggage and cargo; answer phones and assist customers.
