Job summary

Southwest Airlines is seeking a part-time Customer Service Agent in California to help Customers check in, answer questions, and ensure a smooth travel experience. You will work at the ticket counter, gate area, and baggage service office, providing friendly service and support during delays or disruptions.

Paid at $20.65 per hour with overtime and shift premiums possible under the applicable CBA. Training is provided, and eligibility for benefits begins during employment.

Qualifications

• No education requirement.
• No prior experience required.
• Must be able to obtain a SIDA badge and meet local airport requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly service at the ticket counter, gate, and baggage service office.
• Assist customers with check-in and information needs to ensure smooth travel.
• Handle ticketing, check-in, cashiering, and related transactions accurately.
• Communicate travel information and respond to customer questions with courtesy.
• Support overnight and day shifts as needed based on seniority and scheduling.
