Job summary

Drury Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Agent at our Greenville property. You will greet guests at the front desk, check them in and out, and help with guest records and payments while promoting our programs and ensuring a positive experience.

You will also assist with breakfast and evening Kickback service, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere and smooth hotel operations. The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and a friendly, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Perform front desk duties: check-in/check-out, guest record maintenance, cash handling and problem resolution
• Assist with breakfast service and Kickback in the evening, including setup and guest service
• Provide courteous, professional service and maintain Drury hospitality standards
• Promote company programs and ensure a high standard of integrity and service
