Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, sincere welcome and maintain eye contact.
• Maximize occupancy and achieve high average rate while promoting hotel facilities.
• Maintain cash bank and follow accounting procedures.
• Communicate effectively with Front Office and other hotel departments.
• Adhere to safety and security procedures and manage guest room keys securely.
• Operate front desk systems and basic office equipment.
• Complete registration accurately and close out guest accounts at check-out.
