Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group seeks a dynamic Guest Service Representative in Woodway, Texas, to join our hospitality-focused team. You will greet guests, manage check-in/out, handle guest inquiries, and uphold our service standards in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The ideal candidate has at least one year in front desk operations, is proficient with basic computer systems, and demonstrates strong communication, time management, and cash-handling abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Minimum of High School education.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests on arrival and provides personal recognition.
• Reviews arrival lists daily and assists in preparing and assembling welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and checks them in prior to arrival.
• Answer the telephone within three rings with a smile and answer questions accordingly.
• Responsible for issued bank. Count bank at beginning and end of shift; report all cash over/shorts to management.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Ensure proper handling of guest PII data and privacy procedures.
• Follow checkout/check-in procedures and collect identification and payment methods.
• Attend promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
