Job summary

The Laura Hotel in Houston, TX seeks a Part-time Front Desk Agent to greet guests, manage check-in/out, and support daily front desk operations on-site. You will input guest information, answer inquiries, and promote HEI Hotels and Resorts programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or front desk is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use a computer system for check-in/out and guest requests.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly welcome and provide accurate information.
• Complete check-in and check-out procedures using the computer system.
• Promote HEI Hotels and Resorts programs.
• Handle cash, vouchers, and payments; verify credit cards.
• Answer phones promptly and relay messages to guests.
• Assist guests with requests and resolve issues calmly and professionally.
• Maintain composure during busy periods and emergencies.
