Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of hotel features/services, outlets, hours of operation, etc.
• Practices emergency procedures in compliance with hotel standards; react and assist in emergencies.
• Acts as an ambassador of the hotel and company at all times.
• Observes standards for image, appearance, and grooming; represent the company in interactions.
