Job summary

The Sandman Hotel Group is seeking a Guest Service Agent to be the face of our hotel, delivering warm, friendly service and resolving guest needs. You will handle check-ins/outs, assist guests with directions and transportation, and respond to inquiries across channels in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts run 3pm–11pm with opportunities for growth in a family-owned hospitality group that values team development and perks such as discounted stays and employee events.

Qualifications

• Completion of a two-year apprenticeship program in front desk operations or hotel management preferred.
• 1 year of experience as a Hotel Front Desk Clerk Preferred.
• Experience in all aspects of customer service and people management.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, welcoming environment for guests.
• Check guests in and out of the hotel.
• Assist with luggage and deliver keys, pamphlets, etc.
• Answer inquiries via phone, email, or in person and arrange transportation.
