Job summary

We are seeking a friendly hotel front desk agent to join our guest services team. You’ll welcome guests, manage their account information, and ensure they have everything they need for an exceptional stay.

Shifts are primarily 3pm–11pm, with occasional 7am–3pm coverage as needed. Comfortable with computers and a positive, customer‑driven mindset are essential for success in a high‑energy environment with growth opportunities.
