Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, handle inquiries, and manage check-in and check-out processes using our PMS. You will coordinate with hotel services, assist with reservations, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a professional demeanor, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure, with basic bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service experience; hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, management, and team members.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and guest service skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, always remaining calm and courteous.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.
• Requires high school diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Communicate clearly regarding hotel amenities, hours, services, local attractions, and events.
• Answer phones promptly and respond to lobby activity and inquiries with professionalism.
• Complete guest check-in and check-out in the PMS, verifying identity, payment, and room details.
• Balance and reconcile front office postings and maintain logs and documentation.
• Protect guest information and follow privacy, safety, and security procedures.
