Columbia Hospitality's Knob Hill Inn in Ketchum, Idaho seeks a Front Desk Agent to manage guest check-ins/outs, resolve issues, and coordinate services with the Front Office team. You’ll support a fast-paced environment and contribute to memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Previous experience in cash handling & computerized Point of Sale system preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-in and checkout efficiently per hotel procedures.
• Operate the property management system and PBX/radio according to policy.
• Issue room keys and provide information on services and areas of the property.
• Resolve guest issues with discretion and escalate when needed.
• Follow up with guests and team members to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with restaurant, transportation, or activity reservations for guests.
