Job summary

Hilton-DFW-Lakes is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to greet and register guests, provide attentive service throughout their stay, and settle accounts at checkout. You will answer questions, assist with restaurant and local transportation details, and log guest requests in the front desk system.

Experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred. The role requires a positive attitude, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and clear communication with guests and team

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel or guest service preferred.
• Positive, upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented and solve problems for guests.
• Clear verbal and written communication; work well under pressure.
• Ability to operate Front Desk computer systems and handle packages/mail.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests and settle accounts at check-out.
• Provide attentive, courteous and efficient service throughout the stay.
• Respond to guest inquiries about restaurants, transportation and local activities.
• Log guest requests and maintain accurate front desk records.
• Maintain knowledge of property amenities and events; use two-way radio etiquette.
