Job summary

Drury Inn & Suites Findlay is seeking a friendly front desk associate to welcome guests, check them in and out, and promote our programs. You will handle guest records, resolve issues, and ensure a warm, efficient experience in a busy hotel lobby.

The role includes assisting breakfast and evening Kickback service, with a focus on hospitality, integrity, and teamwork. We value a positive demeanor and strong English communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Warm and friendly manner in relating to and interacting with the public.
• Demonstrated attention to detail while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to speak and receive direction in English.
• Familiarity with handling money, making change, and using office machines.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out at the front desk and promote company programs.
• Maintain guest records, cash handling, monitor guest satisfaction, and resolve issues.
• Assist with breakfast and Kickback service, including setup, serving, and cleanup.
• Provide courteous service and uphold Drury culture with a +1 Service attitude.
