Qualifications

• Friendly and highly organized communicators with strong guest service mindset.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with attention to detail.
• Comfort with cash handling and using office equipment in daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the friendly face greeting guests at check-in/out and assisting with needs.
• Assist guests with breakfast and evening Kickback service as needed.
• Promote hotel programs, maintain guest records, and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain a high standard of integrity and hospitality consistent with Drury culture.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences through courteous, proactive service.
