Job summary

Drury Hotels in Frisco seeks a frontline team member to greet guests, check them in and out, and promote hotel programs. You will help maintain guest records, handle transactions, and support breakfast and evening Kickback service while upholding hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Friendly, highly organized communicators and multitaskers.
• Ability to handle money, make change, and use office machines.
• Ability to speak and receive direction in English.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out, promote programs, maintain guest records.
• Cash handling, monitor guest satisfaction, and resolve issues.
• Assist with breakfast and Kickback service, including setup and cleanup.
• Present a high standard of integrity and hospitality to guests and coworkers.
