SpringHill Suites Pittsburgh Bakery Square is seeking a friendly front desk associate to assist guests with arrival and departure, provide information on local attractions, and promote HEI Hotels and Resorts brand programs.

You will handle check-ins/outs, input data into the property system, process payments, balance a small house bank, and respond to guest requests with patience and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to input information accurately using a computer system.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
