Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts' SpringHill Suites Pittsburgh Bakery Square is seeking a focused Outlet/Breakfast Attendant to support the Outlet Manager and deliver stellar breakfast service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include clearing and resetting tables, stocking stations, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with guest breakfast experiences while adhering to attendance and safety policies. Strong communication and team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs with or without accommodations.
• Ability to move or push goods up to 150 lbs with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Clear dirty tables quickly and reset service ware.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods.
• Take care of guests with their breakfast experience and replenish as necessary.
• Transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform any other job related duties as assigned.
