The Westin Cleveland Downtown, part of HEI Hotels and Resorts, seeks a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests and provide exceptional service. You will handle check-in/check-out, process payments, and answer inquiries to ensure a memorable stay in downtown Cleveland.

Qualifications

• Friendly, guest-focused demeanor. Prior front desk experience preferred.
• Ability to handle cash, process payments and balance a cash drawer.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills for guest requests.

Responsibilities

• Complete registration using the computer system and verify guest details.
• Promote hotel programs and brand marketing initiatives.
• Code keys and manage room status and charges in the system.
• Assist with check-out, resolve guest issues and maintain accuracy.
