Job summary

St. James Hotel in Selma, Alabama, managed by SPIRE Hospitality, is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to welcome guests and ensure a seamless stay.

You will respond to guest inquiries, handle check-in/out, assist with concierge requests, and collaborate with the front desk team to deliver memorable service. Prior hotel front desk and MS Office experience preferred; PMS familiarity a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of Front Desk experience in hotels preferred.
• 1 year of experience in customer service or guest-facing role required.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience with PMS systems a plus.

• Deliver unparalleled service, courtesy, and care to our guests.
• Respond promptly and effectively to guest questions and requests.
• Streamline the check-in and check-out process for guests.
• Answer incoming phone calls with promptness and professionalism.
