Job summary

Highgate, a leading real estate investment and hospitality company, seeks a Guest Service Agent for its Condado-area hotel in Puerto Rico. You will provide attentive, courteous service during check-in, stay, and checkout, while helping maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction.

Prior front desk experience is preferred, with strong communication and multitasking skills. The role requires flexible hours, physical stamina, and the ability to operate front desk technology.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• College coursework in related field is helpful.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the Front Desk.
• Answer inquiries about hotel services and hours of operation.
• Manage check-ins and checkouts in a courteous, efficient manner.
• Handle packages, mail, and messages for guests and meeting rooms.
• Be familiar with rates, promotions, and group bookings.
• Maintain front desk records and communicate with other departments.
