Qualifications

• Experience in a guest-facing role in a hotel or resort.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, creating a warm atmosphere at check-in.
• Check guests in and out, ensuring accurate registration details.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries professionally.
• Answer calls and emails, providing information on services and local attractions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, policies, promotions.
• Process payments (credit card and cash) accurately.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments.
• Monitor guest accounts for discrepancies and correct charges at checkout.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with reservations, cancellations, modifications, and special requests.
• Provide directions and recommendations for dining and activities.
