Job summary

The Biltmore Hotel is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver attentive service during check-in, stay, and checkout. You will be the first and last impression, ensuring guest satisfaction and accurate billing.

Responsibilities include seamless check-in/out, handling guest requests, maintaining privacy, and supporting shift handovers with the Front Office team. Previous guest service experience is preferred; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum one year experience in a similar guest service position.
• Strong English communication and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check them in/out with accuracy.
• Capture guest details and process registrations.
• Handle billing and credit card transactions.
• Maintain privacy and follow BSOP’s.
• Coordinate with FOM/AFOM for guest requests.
