Courtyard by Marriott Lewiston, Idaho is hiring a Guest Service Representative (Front Desk Clerk) to welcome guests, check them in and out, and coordinate hotel services. You will be the primary contact for guests during their stay, answering questions and resolving issues to ensure a smooth experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction through check-in and check-out and coordination of hotel services.
• Primary contact for guests throughout their stay; answer questions and resolve issues.
