Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Hotel Host to deliver exceptional guest experiences across our hotel outlets, including the Host Stand, Bakery Café, and meeting spaces. You will assist with check-in/check-out and ensure a clean, inviting environment for guests.

The role requires strong English communication, clocked flexibility for mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, and an ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Prior guest service is preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required, preferably in hospitality
• Must have schedule flexibility for AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays
• Strong command of English (speaking, reading and writing)
• Ability to learn quickly and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Create guest experience at Hotel Host Stand, Bakery Café, Guest Kitchen, e-room and TV den
• Assist with guest check-in/check-out and servicing meeting rooms
• Maintain a clean, welcoming and safe environment
