Job summary

Kohler Co. is seeking a Front Desk Guest Service Associate at our Kohler, WI location. This onsite role supports registration, reservations, cashiering, and information services for guests throughout shifts that may include early mornings or evenings.

The position emphasizes courteous, professional interactions and accurate handling of transactions. Applicants should be 18+, able to stand for long periods, and committed to quality, customer service, and teamwork in a high-end hospitality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to work independently with professionalism while maintaining quality and customer service.
• Able to stand for long periods during shifts.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Previous Guest Service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous guest service at the front desk, including registration, cashiering, reservations, and information.
• Register guests in and out using Fidelio PMS.
• Block rooms, prepare folios, cards, and program room keys.
• Handle all money transactions according to SOPs.
• Know hours and facilities of food and beverage outlets.
• Post and record hotel gift certificates.
• Be knowledgeable about local attractions and services.
• Follow safety procedures and respond to guest complaints.
