Job summary

The American Club in Kohler, WI is hiring a Front Desk Agent for an onsite, full-time role. Shifts vary between 6:00am and 10:00pm and weekends are required. Responsibilities include registration, cashiering, reservations, guest information, and handling guest concerns.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to work independently with professionalism while maintaining quality and customer service.
• Candidate must tolerate being on their feet for the majority of the day.
• Previous Guest Service experience preferred.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Providing prompt, courteous and professional guest service in registration, departure, cashiering, reservations and information.
• Registering guests in and out of Fidelio property management system.
• Blocking guest rooms, preparing guest folios, guest cards, and programming room keys.
• Handling all money transactions at the front desk following standard operating procedures.
• Having knowledge of food and beverage facilities and hours of operation.
• Posting and recording hotel gift certificates.
• Being knowledgeable about property and surrounding area, local attractions and shopping services.
• Adhering to established safety procedures and guidelines.
• Handling guest complaints.
