Job summary

The American Club, part of Kohler Co., is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator for the 2nd shift to manage registration, guest services and cashiering at our Kohler, WI location. This onsite role requires leadership, training and prompt service to members and guests.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Hospitality or related field (or 4 years of customer service) and at least 1 year of supervisory experience; Night Audit knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business Management or related field preferred or a minimum of 4 years customer service or guest service experience required.
• A minimum of 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Firm understanding of Night Audit processes.

Responsibilities

• Register guests/members in and out of applicable software systems.
• Provide guests with information on the venue and resort.
• Lead front desk operations to ensure timely and courteous service.
• Coach and discipline staff as needed to maintain standards.
• Handle monetary transactions and post/refund guest charges.
• Respond to escalated guest or member concerns promptly.
• Coordinate between departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
