CSM Corporation is hiring for a Front Desk/Guest Service role at Residence Inn, Denver South - Park Meadows in Englewood, CO. The position focuses on delivering exceptional guest service, check-ins/outs, and local area guidance.

Strong communication and reliability are essential as you contribute to hotel operations and guest satisfaction. The role offers a 3:00 PM–11:00 PM schedule (Sunday–Thursday) with a starting rate of $19.00 USD per hour and a comprehensive benefits package for regular

Qualifications

• 1+ years guest service experience required
• Excellent verbal communication skills needed
• Attention to detail, customer focused and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Maintains predictable and reliable attendance
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 25 pounds occasionally

Responsibilities

• Provide highest level of service to guests
• Process check-ins/outs, verify billing, create reservations, handle special requests
• Assist guests with local information and hotel services
• Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs
• Follow guest service recovery procedures and selling techniques to maximize revenue
• Monitor room availability and adhere to booking policies
• Handle cash and financial transactions accurately
• Maintain safe, clean work area and follow regulations
• Attend required department meetings
