Job summary

MCR is seeking a friendly, guest-focused Server for Hilton Garden Inn Denver South Park Meadows area. You will take food and beverage orders, serve items to tables, and complete payments with accuracy, delivering prompt and courteous service to guests.

Experience in hospitality is preferred; a positive attitude, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends are essential for success at this busy hotel location in Englewood, Colorado.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, service, or guest-facing roles preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions, tasks, and deadlines.
• Always provide friendly service with a smile to guests.
• Flexible schedule with availability days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Must clock in/out on/off schedule as directed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and describe food and beverage options.
• Deliver orders quickly to tables.
• Input orders and process payments at POS.
• Prepare beverages including coffee.
• Clear and reset tables for dining.
• Observe guests and respond to requests.
• Complete daily inventory prep sheet.
• Maintain knowledge of menu and hotel amenities.
• Escort guests to tables.
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness.
• Keep restaurant and surroundings clean.
