Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent for Hilton Garden Inn San Francisco - Oakland Bay Bridge in Emeryville, CA. You will be the welcoming face of the hotel, handling check-ins/outs and assisting guests with inquiries to ensure a memorable stay.

Ideal candidates will have customer service experience in hospitality, strong communication, cash handling skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Flexible scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous cash handling experience required.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Proficiency in computer systems and knowledge of hotel property management software.
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, creating a positive first impression for guests.
• Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.
• Assist guests with recommendations and information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities.

• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
