Hilton Garden Inn San Francisco - Oakland Bay Bridge in Emeryville, CA seeks a friendly Front Desk Agent to welcome guests and set the tone for their stay. You will handle check-ins/check-outs, answer questions, and anticipate guest needs with professionalism.

You will collaborate with departments to ensure seamless service, maintain a tidy front desk, handle cash and card transactions accurately, and protect guest privacy. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Competenze

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous cash handling experience required
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Proficiency in computer systems and knowledge of hotel property management software
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High School diploma or equivalent

Salary Range
