Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Chattanooga Downtown is seeking a Front Desk Agent to serve as the first point of contact for guests, handling check-in/check-out and reservations with warmth and professionalism.

You will assist guests with inquiries, share information about local attractions, and collaborate with the Front Office team to ensure a seamless stay.

Hotel experience is a plus; flexible schedule, eligibility to work in the United States, and a culture of excellence are valued.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
• A warm, professional demeanor that reflects HVMG’s Culture of Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly and attentive face of the hotel, welcoming guests.
• Check-in and check-out guests and manage reservations.
• Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Report to the Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor.
