The role emphasizes a friendly, responsive attitude with availability for morning and evening shifts, including weekends. Prior hotel guest services experience is preferred; HS diploma or equivalent is a plus.

• Ability to handle cash and manage reservations accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete check-in/check-out using the property management system.
• Handle cash, credit card information and guest payments.
• Inform guests about hotel services and local amenities; respond to requests promptly.
• Take reservations via phone; input, update, or cancel in the system as requested.
