Job summary

Courtyard by Marriott Buffalo Downtown/Canalside is hiring a Front Desk Agent to greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, and handle reservations with a focus on service excellence.

The role requires friendly, efficient guest interactions and solid computer skills; a high school diploma is preferred and prior hotel experience is a plus. Weekend shifts are included, and benefits are offered by Buffalo Lodging Associates.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front desk or customer service preferred.
• Property management system experience preferred.
• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and completing check-in/check-out in the Property Management System while collecting guest information.
• Handle cash, credit card information and goods at the property.
• Identify guest needs and provide information about hotel services and amenities; respond to requests promptly.
• Take reservations from callers and input/update/cancel in the system as requested.
